Brad Hendrikson

Mr. Hendrikson has assisted small businesses in various legal areas, including company formation, shareholder/member agreements, sales/purchases, dissolution, construction/real estate, as well as employment/independent contractor agreements, and non-compete agreements and disputes. He has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, motions, and trials.

Mr. Hendrikson also tries to give compassionate legal service to individuals regarding their sensitive personal matters, including in the areas of estate planning and family law/divorce matters. He helps clients decide which legal options would be best for their unique circumstances. In family law matters, Mr. Hendrikson recognizes that issues can be extremely emotional and works first to determine if issues can be amicably resolved prior to on-going expensive litigation. He believes many forms of alternative dispute resolution can also be beneficial prior to trial.

Mr. Hendrikson is proud to be an attorney of counsel with Donohue McKenney and has teamed with colleague Chad McKenney on complex motions, trials and appeals. Mr. Hendrikson currently resides “south of the river” and is a native of Burnsville, MN. He attended college at Brown University in Providence, RI before transferring and obtaining his B.A. in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. He got his J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. Mr. Hendrikson has helped write and teach legal classes on various subjects involving real estate and limited liability companies. He enjoys serving his family and community, coaching youth hockey and lacrosse, and still occasionally tries to contribute as a player on the Hennepin County lawyers ÒBarristers CupÓ team when they travel to face their friendly foes from Thunder Bay north of the border.
